No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products. All sales are final.

Exchanges for Damaged Goods

We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged during delivery by our personnel.

To request an exchange, you must notify us via a clear written statement sent to:

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The damaged product must be reported within 1 day (24 hours) from the time of delivery.

  • The product must remain in its original packaging and unused.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products cannot be exchanged:

  • Products not reported as damaged within 1 day (24 hours) from the delivery time.

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Products that naturally deteriorate quickly.

  • Products that are not suitable for exchange due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Returning Goods for Exchange

If your exchange request is approved, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. Please return goods to:
